Not every problem needs a tow. A flat battery, a puncture, keys locked inside or an empty tank can usually be fixed where you're parked — faster and cheaper than towing. Tell us what happened and we'll say which one you need.
Every transport is covered by valid land-transit cargo insurance. Book it and leave the rest to us.
What we fix on the spot
- Battery jump start — we get you running; if the battery is dead we tow you to a battery shop.
- Flat tire — we fit your spare. If there's no usable spare, we tow to the nearest tire shop.
- Lockout — keys inside the car. We open it (with proof of ownership).
- Fuel delivery — enough to reach the nearest station.
When it's a tow, not a fix
If the engine or gearbox has failed, or the battery is beyond a jump, on-site help won't work and we say so honestly on the phone rather than send a technician for nothing. Then we tow you to the workshop of your choice.
What to tell us
Describe what happened as you saw it: did it stop while driving, did it fail to start, any warning lights or noises? That decides whether we send a technician or a flatbed — and saves you a second trip.
